Email Developer

About the Role:
Unicon Systems in Tampa, FL is looking for a talented Email Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll craft high-performing, visually compelling email campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results. Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and deploy HTML/CSS email templates optimized for multiple clients and devices
- Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation and ESP platforms
- Perform QA testing across email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.) to ensure consistent rendering
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate creative concepts into functional email builds
- Implement dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation strategies
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for A/B testing and optimization
- Maintain and organize email template libraries and documentation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with a strong understanding of email-specific coding best practices
- Experience with ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with responsive email design and mobile-first development
- Knowledge of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM compliance, and accessibility standards
- Experience with dynamic content, AMPscript, or templating languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
