Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager, including strong hands-on experience with AEM Cloud Service, AEM Assets, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting scalable AEM solutions in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain AEM applications and components.
- Develop solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Work extensively with AEM Assets / DAM and asset management capabilities.
- Develop and maintain AEM templates, components, dialogs, workflows, and services.
- Build and integrate AEM solutions with REST APIs and external systems.
- Work with AWS cloud services to support scalable and reliable application deployments.
- Participate in AEM Cloud migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Follow CI/CD, Agile development, coding, and deployment best practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
- Strong experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Hands-on experience with AEM Assets / Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Strong Java development experience.
- Experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AEM Cloud Manager.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager migrations to AEM Cloud.
- Experience with Dispatcher/CDN configuration.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with automated testing and deployment processes.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
