Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation, configuration, reporting, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to design analytics solutions, troubleshoot implementations, and deliver actionable insights across enterprise digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Adobe Analytics solutions for enterprise digital platforms.
- Configure Adobe Analytics reporting, dimensions, metrics, segments, calculated metrics, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain analytics tracking requirements and implementation specifications.
- Work with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies and digital analytics implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot tracking, data collection, implementation, and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, UX teams, marketing teams, and business stakeholders.
- Work with data layers, JavaScript, tags, and analytics implementation frameworks.
- Support implementation and migration activities involving Adobe Analytics.
- Validate data accuracy and perform analytics QA and debugging.
- Provide recommendations for improving digital analytics measurement and reporting.
- Create technical documentation, implementation specifications, and reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of eVars, Props, Events, Classifications, Success Events, Segments, and Calculated Metrics.
- Experience with Adobe Analysis Workspace.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics concepts and web tracking.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web data layers.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Launch / Adobe Tags.
- Experience troubleshooting analytics implementations using browser debugging tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Experience with Adobe Target, AEM, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Experience with APIs and analytics data integrations.
- Experience with analytics migration and implementation modernization.
- Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
- Customer-facing consulting experience is preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $62.00 - $65.00 per hour
