Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Marketo Consultant with strong hands-on experience in marketing automation, campaign management, lead lifecycle management, and Marketo integrations. The consultant will work closely with marketing, technology, and business teams to design, implement, optimize, and support Marketo solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Develop Smart Campaigns, Programs, Engagement Programs, Email Campaigns, Forms, Landing Pages, and Workflows.
- Manage lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, routing, and lifecycle processes.
- Configure and maintain Marketo–Salesforce integration and ensure accurate data synchronization.
- Develop and maintain Marketo tokens, snippets, templates, and operational programs.
- Perform campaign testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and production support.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support data management, data quality, deduplication, and lead management processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Marketo solutions.
- Participate in UAT, deployment, documentation, and ongoing platform support.
- Troubleshoot campaign and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo Campaigns, Programs, Smart Campaigns, Forms, and Lead Management.
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce CRM integration.
- Experience with email marketing automation and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of Marketo tokens, templates, snippets, and operational programs.
- Experience with testing, UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Adobe Experience Cloud / MarTech experience.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Experience working in enterprise marketing environments.
