Job Description:
Seeking a strong Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Account Manager with hands-on experience managing Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations, customer relationships, and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Strong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Manage client relationships, requirements, and stakeholder communications.
Knowledge of customer journeys, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), segmentation, and personalization.
Coordinate with technical and business teams to deliver client solutions.
Strong communication, account management, and problem-solving skills.
